3D printing of technical parts in Estonia

From prototype to working part. We print functional parts in technical materials using FDM and MSLA technology. We deliver orders within 1–5 working days. If you don’t have a 3D model yet, we’ll make one for you.

1. Send your model

Send us a 3D model (STEP, STL) or just a description. If there is no model yet, we’ll draw it for you.

2. Quote within 24 hours

We check your file for printability, recommend a material and send a price quote within one working day.

3. Production in 1–5 working days

We print using FDM or MSLA, post-process the part and check the dimensions.

Our services

We print functional parts and prototypes for mechanical engineering, electronics, medical device and product development companies across Estonia. There is no minimum order: we make single parts as well as small batches.

FDM 3D printing

Functional parts in technical and engineering materials. Maximum size 305 × 305 × 280 mm, nozzle up to 370 °C, actively heated chamber. From a single piece to small series.

Prototyping

Fast iterations to check shape, dimensions and function. Several versions within the same week if needed.

Drafting & modelling

Creating a model from a drawing, photo or physical sample. Review and repair of an existing file.

Post-processing

Sanding, drilling, tapping, heat-set insert installation, assembly.

Technical plastic materials

We print technical thermoplastics that withstand real loads: ASA, ABS, PC, PA and PAHT, plus fibre-reinforced PA-CF and PET-CF. We choose the material based on the part’s tolerance, temperature resistance and place of use.

Standard materials for shape and appearance

PLAPLA-CFPLA-HFPETG

Suitable when the part needs to show form or cover something, not carry a load.

  • PLAVisual models, mock-ups, test prints. Cheap and accurate, but does not tolerate heat.
  • PLA-CFPLA-HFStiffer, more matte surface, fast printing. Samples that need to look presentable.
  • PETGDurable and moisture-resistant. Protective covers, mounts, indoor enclosures.

Technical materials for working parts

ASAABSTPUPC

Suitable when the part has to work: carry load, heat or weather.

  • ASAUV- and weather-resistant. Parts for outdoors or cars that shouldn’t yellow within a year.
  • ABSImpact-resistant, tolerates heat. Enclosures, mounts, tools.
  • TPUFlexible and wear-resistant. Seals, dampers, gripper pads, protective sleeves.
  • PCTransparent, very strong and heat-resistant. Protective covers, lighting parts.

Engineering materials for demanding environments

PA (nylon)PA-CFPET-CFPPS-GF

Suitable when the part replaces metal or works in an environment that destroys ordinary plastic.

  • PA (nylon)Tough and slippery. Gears, plain bearings, hinged parts.
  • PA-CFCarbon-fibre nylon: stiff, dimensionally stable, light. Mounting brackets, load-bearing parts of drones and devices.
  • PET-CFHigh stiffness and heat resistance, low deformation. Brackets and fixtures on production lines.
  • PPS-GFResists chemicals and high temperatures. Parts for machines where other plastics won’t survive.

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find an answer to your question? Feel free to contact us!

FDM suits strong, functional parts (our main technology); MSLA gives fine detail and a smooth surface for small models. Working part → FDM, fine sample → MSLA.

Yes. We make the model from a drawing, photo or physical sample. CAD work is billed hourly and we tell you the scope before we start.

It depends on the part’s size, material and post-processing. Send the file and you’ll get an exact quote.

It depends on three things: how hot it gets, whether it’s outdoors or indoors, and whether it’s under load. If in doubt, ask: material advice is free.

With the right material and orientation it withstands serious loads. Accuracy is typically ±0.2–0.3 mm; critical dimensions are post-processed to exact size.

Yes. We sign an NDA on request and never use your models without permission.
